Ingredients:


 
                    2 large bananas

125 grams of flour

½ teaspoon of baking powder

¼ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar

60 grams of butter

70 grams of sugar

1 egg

40 grams of Greek yogurt

50 grams of pecans
                

Instructions:


 
                Step 1:
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon.

Step 2:
Mash the bananas into a pulp using a fork.

Step 3:
In another bowl, mix together with a mixer or fork the softened or finely chopped butter, sugar, egg, and yogurt.

Step 4:
Add the bananas and mix well.

Step 5:
Add the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.

Step 6:
Optionally, add pecans and mix.

Step 7:
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.

Step 8:
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (fan-forced) for about 60 minutes. If the top of the banana bread starts to brown too quickly, cover it with parchment paper or foil.
