Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
For the Salad: 100 grams of iceberg lettuce 80 grams of Parmesan cheese 3 slices of toast bread for croutons 2 medium-sized tomatoes For the Chicken Marinade: 200-300 grams of chicken breast 2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil ½ teaspoon of honey 1 tablespoon of lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste For the Dressing: 100 grams of mayonnaise 4 tablespoons of cold water 1 teaspoon of mustard 1 clove of garlic
Instructions:
Step 1 Mix the ingredients for the chicken marinade (oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper). Step 2 Cut the chicken into cubes and add the marinade. Mix well and sauté in a pan without oil until cooked through. Step 3 Cut the toast bread into cubes and sauté in a pan with oil, stirring constantly, until they become crispy croutons. Step 4 Prepare the dressing: mix mayonnaise with water, mustard, and grated garlic. Stir until smooth. Step 5 Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Step 6 Assemble the salad: 1. Place iceberg lettuce on the bottom. 2. Add the cooked chicken. 3. Sprinkle with half of the grated Parmesan cheese. 4. Pour two-thirds of the dressing over the salad. 5. Add the diced tomatoes. 6. Top with the crispy croutons. 7. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. 8. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad.
