Shrimp Pasta with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
100 grams (a large bunch) of basil 100 grams of Parmesan cheese 100 grams of pine nuts 1 clove of garlic ⅓ cup of olive oil 400-450 grams of peeled shrimp 250 grams of spaghetti
Instructions:
Step 1 Pesto sauce: Wash the basil, separate the leaves from the stems, and place them in a blender. Step 2 Cut the Parmesan cheese into large cubes and add them to the basil. Step 3 Add the pine nuts, olive oil, and squeeze in the garlic clove. Step 4 Blend until smooth and well mixed. Step 5 Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Step 6 Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the shrimp. Step 7 Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the shrimp and mix well. Step 8 Immediately add the pesto sauce and mix thoroughly. If all the liquid released from cooking the shrimp has been absorbed by the pasta, add an additional 2-3 tablespoons of water. This recipe serves 4 portions.
