Chicken and Vegetable Ragout

Ingredients:
5-6 chicken drumsticks 2 medium-sized zucchinis 200 grams of green beans 4 medium-sized potatoes 1 carrot 1 onion 1 tablespoon of tomato paste or ketchup 1 tablespoon of seasoning (like Vegeta) 1 cup of water Salt/pepper
Instructions:
Step 1 Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes, zucchinis, and carrots into cubes, and the green beans into slices. Finely chop the onion. Step 2 In a cup, mix water with tomato paste (or ketchup) and the seasoning (Vegeta). Step 3 Wash the chicken drumsticks and fry them on both sides with olive or vegetable oil, and season with salt. Step 4 In another skillet, sauté the onion and carrot in oil. Add the green beans and zucchinis. Sauté over low heat, and add salt to taste. Step 5 Add the potatoes to the chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the sautéed onion, carrot, green beans, and zucchini to the chicken. Pour in the water with tomato paste and seasoning, cover with a lid, and simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
