Turkish Meat Pie (Borek)

Ingredients:
5 sheets of yufka dough (filo pastry) 400 grams of ground meat 1 large onion Salt/pepper/spices to taste Sesame seeds for sprinkling Sauce: 125 grams of yogurt 60 grams of olive oil or vegetable oil 200 ml of milk 2 eggs (reserve one yolk for brushing the pie)
Instructions:
Step 1: In a bowl, mix yogurt, oil, milk, 1 whole egg, and the white of the second egg. Reserve the remaining yolk for brushing the surface. Step 2: Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté finely chopped onion. Add the ground meat. Season with salt, pepper, and desired spices. Step 3: Grease a baking tray with oil, place the first sheet of pastry, and spread sauce over it. Step 4: Place the second sheet of pastry, spread sauce, and evenly distribute half of the meat mixture. Step 5: Place the third sheet, spread sauce, and distribute the remaining meat. Step 6: Place the fourth and fifth sheets, brushing each with the sauce. Fold the edges of the first layer of pastry. Step 7: Score the pie into squares, brush the remaining sauce, and brush the top with the egg yolk. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Step 8: Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
