Pasta with Meatballs

Ingredients:
400 - 500 grams of ground meat 250 grams of pasta 2 tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup 2 cups of water 1 egg 1 onion Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1 Mix the ground meat with the egg and finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form small meatballs. Step 2 Fry the meatballs in a pan with olive or vegetable oil until they have a golden crust. Step 3 Add the tomato paste to the pan and sauté for 1 minute. Step 4 Add water and pasta. Stir to submerge the pasta in the liquid. Step 5 Cover with a lid and cook until the pasta is done. You can serve it with grated cheese and herbs.
