Hot Sandwiches with Cheese, Egg, and Sausage

                    3 slices of toast bread

1 egg

20-30 grams of sausage

20-30 grams of grated cheese

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of tomato paste or ketchup
                

Instructions:

 
                Step 1
Dice the sausage into small cubes.

Step 2
In a bowl, combine the egg, tomato paste, and mayonnaise. Mix everything together.

Step 3
Add the diced sausage and grated cheese to the bowl. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.

Step 4
Place the toasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

Step 5
Spread the sausage and cheese mixture over the toasts and even it out.

Step 6
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius (356-392 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 10-15 minutes.
